I started my journey in AllSaints five years ago as a peak stylist and I immediately fell in love with the brand.
My brand leader made sure the store had an amazing atmosphere. It was clear that the whole team had such a passion for the brand and an amazing work ethic. I was kept on as a permanent stylist whilst juggling my A-levels. I took on all the overtime I could and listened carefully so I could improve my knowledge. Then, lockdown hit and we were forced to close. Being located close to the distribution centre, I was able to help out there with packing online orders. This was really interesting as I got to learn about the brand from a different perspective. I found one common trend. Wherever in the business I went, I loved it!
Shortly after lockdown I was promoted to floor manager and in September 2022 I was seconded into the store manager role. That year we managed to deliver our biggest ever year which was such an amazing achievement
During my time as store manager I’ve also spent time covering other stores in the UK and I even got the opportunity to spend three weeks covering one of our EU Outlet locations. My profile in the brand expanded and I worked as hard as I could to keep boosting my own knowledge.
Fast forward to now and it’s time for my next step. I am making the journey 4 hours 30 minutes up north to join the amazing team in Cheshire Oaks as store manager.
