• What does a good day look like in your role?

  Coming to work with a positive can-do attitude and achieving everything I said I was going to do. Working with my team to develop and coach them through any training needs they may require to, in turn, build a fully equipped team who can strive to get amazing results. 

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  A challenging day for me is when things don't go to plan. I like to have a list and achieve the things on my list however, we work in retail and this doesn't always happen. That being said it's about how you adapt to situations and find solutions.

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  My week is fully packed from conference calls to training sessions, visual merchandising to processing deliveries. I am not an office-based manager so the best part of my week is actually trading the floors with my team.

• What’s the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  The ethos behind the brand, and the fact the brand care for everyone who works for it. There are so many benefits that are offered to us as employees, from the ride-to-work scheme to our uniform allowance. 

• What’s the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  The most unexpected thing is probably the community spirit we have built as a business. It's amazing how you can reach out to so many functions within the business and everyone is more than happy to help you.

• What’s not in the job description but something you’d tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  For me, this is not a job you can just come to work and then go home - it's full on, and pace is something we need. If you genuinely care about what you're doing, you will succeed in the business.

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  I've been with the brand for close to four years now. I started my journey as a womenswear floor manager, within the first three months I significantly increased sales compared to the previous year - of which I am very proud. I changed the team, trained my new starters and worked with some of the most amazing stylists I've ever worked with. Following that I was promoted to store manager which is my current job role. I have run the store twice, when my manager has been out of the business, which was challenging, however I have stepped up and generated some amazing results. I look forward to seeing what my next steps could be.
