• What does a good day look like in your role?

  Waking up to lots of emails from our clippings service showing all the great coverage we have; a breakfast meeting with some lovely members of press; internal meetings to look into all the great sustainable projects we have going on; and then working on a few charity collaborations that we have coming up.

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  Sometimes we have so many great things to be talking about and communicating that its hard to choose what to focus on. So, making tough decisions to make sure we choose the key marketing pieces to talk about, but ideally we want to tell everyone about everything we are doing.

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  PR involves a lot of communication with press, influencers, and stylists so this can be via email, phone calls, events or meetings throughout the week. We then also work with other departments on projects/activations/collaborations where we can help organise events, workshops, press coverage, and influencer gifting and dressing.

• What’s the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  Definitely the people and the passion that everyone has for the business. Plus I am also obsessed with the product; with nightwear now here, I will be in AllSaints 24/7!

• What’s the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  How we mix with so many different levels and departments within the business. I am always learning something or meeting someone new.

• Why AllSaints?

  A brand that creates really cool high quality products that you can't find anywhere else on the high street, that doesn't take itself too seriously but is responsible in their decisions and actions.

• What’s not in the job description but something you’d tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  When you first arrive everyone looks so cool and the place looks a bit daunting but really everyone is so lovely and within a few weeks you feel like you've been there for years!

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  I joined almost two years ago now. Lots has changed because we then had Covid and lockdown, but despite everything we actually increased the amount of coverage throughout 2020 and also reached a higher level of quality of coverage. We also achieved more social coverage than the previous year and came up with some great project ideas for the future. I think lockdown really proved what amazing internal talent we have in the business and how hard everyone works and what we can achieve when challenged as a business.
