• What does a good day look like in your role?

  A good day is having a successful directive launch, being in store to see how it translates and connecting with the teams.

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  A challenging day would be if there is a tight deadline and lots of changes, but you just keep your head up and pick up the pace to try and get it all done.

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  I work with the visual merchandising director and head of visual merchandising to curate on-brand mannequin looks, adhering to our strong brand ethos, to create inviting window stories. I shoot these looks on a mannequin, still life set and compile the imagery into the "mannequin directive" which is an exciting document that is shared globally.

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  I joined the visual merchandising team three years ago from my previous role of mannequin styling. There was lots to learn and lots to get involved with. I now feel like a long-standing member of the AllSaints family and my role has evolved to be fully global and I even get to help out assisting with e-commerce styling.
