• What does a good day look like in your role?

  Everyday is good but for me you can't beat the hustle and bustle of a Saturday afternoon on the shopfloor. 

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  I think when you don't quite manage to achieve what you wanted to that day. Sometimes everyday life things disrupt your day. The best way to combat this is to be flexible and learn from the day. Reflect on it and make a positive impact in the next one. 
   

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  I'm kept very busy! I try to split my time between both Newcastle and Metro Centre. I work closely with the leadership teams in both locations, ensuring they feel supported and are developing in their roles. I also focus on helping both stores to continue to grow and evolve. Throughout the week I will also assist my district manager with running the district.  
   

• What's the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  It has to be how inclusive we are. It's like a big family. The support from all departments in the brand is amazing. Everyone is ready and willing to help. From my district manager all the way through to the CEO. Everyone goes above and beyond to support. Best brand in the world! 

• What's the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  There are so many opportunities to be involved in different activities across the brand. There are always upcoming events to grow AllSaints and the brand always looks to our people first to get involved. Everyone across the business goes above and beyond to support and encourage each other.

• Why AllSaints?

  When I was younger and moved to a big city at just 18 I didn't have a lot. I played part time football and had a second job. I would get my pay and buy one AllSaints item each month and I was obsessed with the clothes. Now I get to wear and sell our amazing clothes everyday. I feel part of the AllSaints DNA.
   

• What's not in the job description but something you'd tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  The amount of incentives you'll have the opportunity to work towards! We also have a great internal reward platform to give and receive awards for performance.
   

• Tell us about your journey so far.

  I started with AllSaints in spring 2016. I was the brand leader of the Metro Centre store in Gateshead. I then transferred over to the Newcastle Eldon Square store just before November that same year. Years 2017 and 2018 Eldon Square delivered back to back growth and we also delivered a record breaking year in 2019. In 2021 I was promoted to a dual site senior brand leader for both Newcastle Eldon Square and Metro Centre. I'm currently in this role and loving every minute of it.
