• What does a good day look like in your role?

  Any day that I can share with customers or our internal teams the exciting things that we’re working on is a good day to me! I love being able to find ways to further our brand and reach our goals. 
   

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  Every campaign or event always factors in many different variables to get to the final result. If something falls through at the last minute it is always a mad dash to find a quick solution but at the same time the challenge is something I really love about my role. It always keeps me on my toes!
   

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  In a typical week, I am working on strategizing and executing projects for the brand such as large scale events and activations, partnerships and campaigns. I also am consistently working closely with our store teams and leaders on retail marketing initiatives. 
   

• What's the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  The people. My colleagues have become like a second family to me. Every day I look forward to working with people I admire and respect so much. 
   

• What's the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  You wouldn't expect how cross functionally every department works with one another. One of our core values is ‘One Team’ and this to me is the perfect embodiment of that. We are all always working towards the same common goals, and cheering each other on. 
   

• Why AllSaints?

  I genuinely adore this brand. I wear it almost every day, it never gets old to me. The product is amazing, the people are amazing, the culture is amazing. I always feel so supported by my colleagues. I have learnt so much during my time here and I know there is so much more to come.  
   

• What's not in the job description but something you'd tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  You will never want to leave. There are so many creative, collaborative, and supportive people who work here and you will constantly be motivated by everyone's passion for the brand. 
   

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  I have been with AllSaints for about four and a half years now. I’ve had many different roles that lead me to where I am now. I started as the operations assistant when I joined, then I internally applied for the executive assistant to the President position. In that role I worked with nearly every department, especially marketing/PR. My manager knew I wanted to develop into that department so I was consistently working closely on projects with them while doing my typical day to day duties. The attention that leadership give to employees to help them achieve their goals and ambitions is just incredible. The internal growth opportunities are truly so special, I don't think you can find that at many other places. I have learnt so much, and am so grateful to be in the role I am now.
