• What does a good day look like in your role?

  A good day for me is being able to relay my findings confidently to my manager and implement some positive changes. I love the independence my role gives me and it is great to get to a solution.

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  Everyone in the finance teams' favourite time of month - month end! Deadlines can be tight but we all work as a team to get to the end goal.

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  My role includes a lot of project work to help improve our current processes around stock. My weeks vary which I love about my role.

• What’s the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  The people! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful across all departments. I have made friends for life.

• What’s the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  The relationships we have with local charities and businesses. We have been able to volunteer with charities, and can get a discounted morning coffee near the East London Head Office.

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  I started as a Christmas temp stylist in Liverpool in 2015. I loved my role and progressed to floor manager, whilst completing my finance degree. I wanted to challenge myself in new locations so took a year out in Glasgow as a floor manager and then returned to the Trafford Centre. My ultimate goal was to be in the finance team. I have been in our East London Head Office for two years. I started in accounts payable and then moved to assistant accountant.
