• What does a good day look like in your role?

  Having a happy team and knowing that they feel supported and valued. 

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  When nothing quite goes to plan, sometimes things outside of our control can disrupt the planned workload for the day and result in missed deadlines. The best way to overcome this is to refocus and prioritise. Keeping a positive mindset can help overcome any challenge.
   

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  A typical week for me involves a lot of planning, reviewing performance and dedicating time to my team to ensure we are all aligned and set up for success. I spend the majority of my week working alongside my team on the sales floor. My main focus is always on my team's well-being. It's important to me that all my employees love their job and enjoy coming to work. I share and welcome feedback so I can deliver the best training and coaching for my team to keep them motivated and help them achieve their career goals. This creates a winning mindset so we give our customers the best experience in store and strive to deliver the best results possible.
   

• What's the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  Our people. We are all connected and receive so much support from all areas of the brand. Everyone is so welcoming and always willing to help. I’ve built long lasting friendships. I get to have fun every single day and work with people that share the same values.
   

• What's the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  How valued and looked after our people are both personally and professionally. This comes directly from our CEO ‘People always come before profit’. I am very proud to work for a brand that shares the same values as me and creates a positive workplace culture.

  AllSaints has always been my favourite brand. It represents my personality and individual style perfectly. It's an honour to work for such an inspiring brand.
