• What does a good day look like in your role?

  A good day consists of crossing off every task on my to-do list.

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  A challenging day consists of any roadblocks that come up that take me away from my planned tasks.

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  Lots of answering emails and meeting with our president of wholesale, franchise and licensing to align on his schedule for the week.

• What's the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  The people I work with. Having amazing co-workers makes coming into the office very enjoyable.

• What's the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  The most surprising thing about working for AllSaints is how much the brand cares for developing its people. I don't think I've come across another brand that has so many internal promotions into the office. It's my favourite thing to highlight when I talk about working here.

  Aside from the beautiful product, the company culture is heavily influenced by our day-to-day work. We all strive to work together as one team and take responsibility for what we have to do as individuals so we can all contribute to the overall success of the brand.
   

• What's not in the job description but something you'd tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  Practice transparency. The more you're willing you are to share your career and personal goals the more the brand can do for you.
   

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  It's been a wild 4 years! Starting in one of our concession stores and working my way up to a role in our LA studios is a journey in itself. I've learned so much about the retail business coming from stores and then seeing all the work behind the scenes in the office. We are a small but mighty team that works well together to ensure our customers are well taken care of.
