• What does a good day look like in your role?

  A good day is walking into a store and making and executing a plan with the store team that helps them to achieve their goals. It's great to feed off the team’s energy.

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  A challenging day happens when collections are sold through and you try to merchandise an area with 50% of the product. Sell through is a great problem to have, although it makes merchandising difficult.

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  My weeks typically consist of working with the team on their specific business needs to ensure they are setup for clients, and that each client gets the same experience no matter which AllSaints store they walk in to.
   

• What's the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  The best things are the cross functional connections and support that you receive. It's never one person’s job to accomplish everything so you truly feel it is one team.

• What's the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  The ability to work so closely with our global partners.

  AllSaints has been a brand that I shopped with for years and always told myself I would work for. Having the ability to do so in my selected profession is a career wish come true!

• What's not in the job description but something you'd tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  You get the freedom to be creative whilst still ensuring the integrity of the brand is maintained.
   

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  My journey so far has been everything that I expected and more. From the warm welcome I received from the field teams and cross functional studios team, to the growth I've seen in stores by having the opportunity to work with them.
