• What does a good day look like in your role?

  No two days are ever the same. I'm up ready to go at 6am sharp. Walkies with my puppy Drake, I get a coffee in and I start with a working list while everything is fresh in my head. Once I get into work I dissect yesterday's trade, set a clear plan for the day ahead, set my team up for success with a run down of priorities, delegate where possible and identify some quick wins. Getting my team involved in our setup is very important to me as their feedback on yesterday's trade can be beneficial. I always have lunch at 12pm - creature of habit and then I'm back on the floor, styling away and leading my team through another positive day. 

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  I’m a positive person so I really try to see challenges as opportunities and there are fresh opportunities each day to make a positive impact.

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  A typical week starts the week before. I have a plan for a plan and then a back up plan.  I have my month layed out and I like to give myself lots of scope to make adjustments to my week ahead. We are a busy brand that needs to react quickly to last minute changes, and I get a real buzz from that. Spending time with my team is still the highlight of my week, their individual 1-1’s are the key to my team's success. It's a great way to connect with each other and set clear goals and actions on what needs to be achieved.  
   

• What's the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  You could never pick just one but if I did have to, it would have to be our customers! We have the most loyal, stylish customers and I love showcasing our amazing product to them. We are lucky to have fabulous product that remains versatile and works for anyone and for almost every occasion. Number two, my amazing team. I get to spend my time leading some of the most talented and creative individuals working in Belfast.

• What's the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  The freedom to really take ownership of our own development and map out our career path. AllSaints gives us the tools to really create your path with a great support network allowing for all areas of guidance along your journey. We are leaders who are equally connected to driving our business forward across a global scale and that is just awesome. 

• Why AllSaints?

  AllSaints was a brand that I fell in love with years ago. I worked in some key big box retailers for years but felt they lost their way with prioritising authentic customer connections. I was keen to work for a continuously evolving brand who knew the importance of leading with a passion for authentic customer service. I was also looking for a brand that stayed true to a strong brand identity. 
   

• What's not in the job description but something you'd tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  If you want to be a part of something big, you want to be with AllSaints. If you want to be part of a brand that values you as an individual, is willing to invest in you, challenges you and fosters an environment of individual leadership with a strong focus on your growth, this is the brand for you. 
   

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  Almost five years under my ramskull,  I took the helm of a very successful concession where I was able to develop future talent while growing my stores KPI and sales with year on year growth. I was given the opportunity to support our fabulous London concession partered stores, giving me a different insight into the London market. And now I’m steering the ship of our Belfast mainline store where we are still developing future business leaders while driving our KPI’s forward and keeping the city of Belfast stylishly on point.
