• What does a good day look like in your role?

  In my role, a good day feels like attending the social event of the year! Where I have the chance to collaborate with my internal teams, fostering connections with our external customers, and identifying the right talent with whom we can learn and grow as professionals.
   

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  Juggling everything everywhere all at once.
   

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  I have the privilege to support the full cycle recruitment for the LA studios, retail, and the distribution center. I also get to focus on supporting the national talent acquisition needs of hiring managers at all levels, within all areas of the organization in North America.

  It has been a remarkably positive journey so far. I feel I have autonomy, a sense of purpose, and the unwavering support of a team that truly understands my career goals and dreams.
