  Identifying a customer insight or performance trend, that goes on to drive long-term gains.

  When a piece of activity hasn't worked and it's not clear why. We then become detectives, building our understanding of what's produced the result.

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  We are obsessed with driving performance via superior customer experiences. So we invest a lot of time in developing highly targeted and relevant communication, and in analytics; building a granular understanding of what moves the dial!

  I've mentioned AllSaints is open to ideas. This keeps things interesting. Of course not everything works, but failures are also rich in learnings, which has driven my development, and the effectiveness of customer relationship management at AllSaints.
