• What does a good day look like in your role?

  A good day for me is when I can see my team are enjoying their roles and responsibilities in store, whether it is giving the best service on the floor and receiving feedback for it, or the thought and care of our operational tasks being conducted

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  Not being in store to be able to support my team at a moment's notice, be it day off or covering another location - I miss being on hand to support them in-person.

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  My main focus is to ensure that my team and our customers have the best experience possible in store with us.  That involves me setting the team up for success with goals and also bringing the energy and fun to life.

• What's the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  The people. I have come across so many interesting and wonderful people in my time with AllSaints. We form such great bonds through our dedication to our roles and the love we have for the brand.
   

• What's the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  The strong inclination to grow with the times so that we are doing right by our people, our product and our environment. We really do have the focus and the desire to be the best in what we do.
   

• Why AllSaints?

  AllSaints has made me be the best that I can be in all of the roles that I have held. It has also inspired me with the aspiration to strive for more and achieve more. I’ve been given many tools and professional development from my leaders, and also from the encouragement of my peers.
   

• What's not in the job description but something you'd tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  The possibilities to progress into different roles across the brand and not just within stores. There are so many vital roles that can be fulfilled depending on your interests.

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  I started as a peak stylist, to then be made permanent, and then full-time. I held an area role as an administrator for almost 20 stores. I then became an assistant manager in a mainline store location. After this, I was promoted to partner brand leader within Selfridges. This has been the role that I have enjoyed the most. I love having my own site and being able to fully influence my entire team to great success. I’m excited for whatever is next!
