• What does a good day look like for you in your role at AllSaints?

  I’m fortunate that my position allows me to engage with multiple levels and departments of the organisation throughout the day. My favorite days are the ones in which I’ve learned from and been inspired by an individual, a store team, my people & culture department, or our brand leadership. I appreciate it when regardless of what I may have been faced with, I can end my day reflecting on and growing from the valuable interactions.  

• What does a challenging day look like in your role at AllSaints?

  I’m challenged every day and work at pace, but that’s what keeps the role exciting! I’ve learned the importance of being prepared for the unexpected and embracing the challenges that come our way. I know that with a collaborative one team effort, we’ll work through obstacles and be able to better support our teams and business. 

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  No two days are ever the same! Whether it’s having the privilege of onboarding a new corporate hire, partnering closely with our retail leadership on building their talent, or collaborating with my team and other departments to strategise on larger processes or initiatives, there is always something new.

• What’s the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  The people. It’s that simple.

• What’s the most surprising/unexpected thing about working for AllSaints?

  The brand values are more than just words on page; they are truly embedded in the brand culture and come through in everything that we do. Regardless of someone’s position in the organisation, the values are threaded throughout and allow us to be an interconnected, global brand.

• Why AllSaints?

  AllSaints is always striving towards being better and never settling. I have experienced a level of perseverance with this brand that has motivated me to continue to work towards being the best I can be for the people I support, keeping them at the center of everything I do.   

• What’s not in the job description but something you’d tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  AllSaints empowers its people at all levels. There are opportunities to be exposed to a wide variety of aspects of our business, but it is also up to the individual to take the responsibility of seeking out and pursuing all that the brand has to offer.

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  I started my journey with AllSaints as an HR generalist in September 2016. Throughout my years with the company, I’ve had the opportunity to work under inspiring leaders and alongside incredible partners. I was able to build upon my experience and develop my skillset to become a HR business partner, and now am proud to be the senior HR manager for North America.
