  A good day is ranging the product, racking up the showroom to buy, achieving margin targets and working closely with product teams.

  When I can't get the product in that I want to or when margin is bad!

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  I have worked at AllSaints for almost eight years now, starting off in the Camden store when I first moved to London. I was then given the opportunity to move to Paris with the brand, supporting both outlet and mainline stores over there, managing a team and working on visual merchandising.

  I have worked in the buying team, previously product merchandising, for the past six years. My current role is womenswear buyer. I manage a team of three and am responsible for the buying of a wide range of categories for all AllSaints channels. We work on dresses & woven separates, jersey & graphics, denim, footwear.
