• What does a good day look like in your role?

  When everyone loves your designs, and your samples arrive in time for a deadline.

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  Trying to manage samples with the factories and ensuring they arrive on time for deadlines.

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  The morning usually starts with answering emails from our factories, and then multiple calls throughout the day with the team, discussing research and designs or even sign-off meetings. Also I would have booked in time with the technical team ensuring the garments are fitting properly and resolving any issues.

• What’s the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  Having freedom in my creativity when designing, and the trust to do what I believe in. Also the generous uniform allowance isn't bad.

• What’s the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  I've made friends for life.

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  I joined AllSaints four years ago as a designer and have been lucky enough to work across different products. I started on outerwear and tailoring, before moving over to the softs/swimwear team where I was able to progress to senior designer. Also during my time in AllSaints I set up an anti-racism community for the business and worked with a team to run live Q&As encouraging open conversation about race and diversity.
