• What does a good day look like in your role?

  Everyday is a good day at AllSaints. However, the best days normally take place on the weekends when all weekly tasks have been completed and I get to see everyone on my team. Our focus is driving business and when we are doing it together, that is when we have the most fun! 

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  There will always be challenges. Whether it is being short staffed, receiving a large shipment with a short deadline, or working in the midst of a pandemic. It’s how you choose to react to it! As a leader it’s my job to inspire our staff and let them know that I support them. In these stressful times, that is when I show our team that we can overcome any challenges.

  Your attitude in a situation can change the energy in an entire building! 

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  What even is a typical day? I love retail because every day and week is different! There are always projects taking place, new goals are set and we get to meet so many different customers.

• What’s the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  The best thing about working at AllSaints… The clothes! AllSaints is very generous with the clothing allowance. I love being able to see the different collections roll out every season. It's exciting to see the creativity and watching how others style each piece differently. It allows everyone to be themselves through fashion! 

• What’s the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  There is so much growth within the company. This brand really likes to promote from within and supports your interests. I was the stock manager for a couple of years and I knew it was time to take it to the next level. Being promoted to assistant manager just shows that hard work pays off. 

• Why AllSaints?

  AllSaints allows their employees to be creative. The corporate team loves hearing feedback from their stores to see what works and what doesn’t. They trust their employees and really take change into consideration. 

• What’s not in the job description but something you’d tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  Be ready to work. The stock manager position is no joke! However, if you are looking to move up it is the perfect transition into assistant manager. As the stock manager, you are constantly learning new things and it can be overwhelming at times. The job could consist of long days and stressful moments but I wouldn’t change it! Now that I am in a different position I feel like I was given the full ability to prepare and be successful in the assistant store manager role. 

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  I have grown tremendously as a leader since I have been here. The challenges thrown my way have taken my management skills to the next level, especially during the pandemic. The stock manager position can be a stress rollercoaster at times but that’s what makes the job so fun. It’s a different type of stress, I promise! It makes everyday different and there is no such thing as being bored. I am so grateful to be given the opportunity of working with this brand. The team I work with everyday is amazing and I have developed relationships that I cherish!
