• What does a good day look like in your role?

  Every day is different, a good day for me would be when everything is running smoothly and the service desk is quiet.

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  A challenging day would be when the service desk is busy and we have a large amount of new issues and requests from users. 

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  A typical week is split hybrid working between office, home or store visits. When in the office I am always on my feet and get to mingle with other departments daily, fixing any tech issues and sending equipment out to stores. We provide a service so my day also consists of answering calls and responding to all UK/EU head office and store emails. Any time we have any issues in our London stores we jump on the tube to help in person, so no day or week is the same ever. 

• What’s the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  The opportunities you can get by demonstrating your ability and showing an interest. I have had the pleasure of being sent to Berlin for four days to set up their new store as well as currently being the global voice of all AllSaints phone lines.

• What’s the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  The openness and collaboration between each department. Throughout my time here you get to meet and work closely with so many other departments, it's a massive benefit of everything being in-house.

• Why AllSaints?

  I started in AllSaints when I was fairly young and it has helped shape me into the person I am today.

• What’s not in the job description but something you’d tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  The people and team are the best part of my job and they make it a pleasure to come to work every day. 

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  I started in AllSaints in 2014 as a part time stylist in the Nottingham store whilst studying for a degree in fashion communication and promotion. Over the next two years I split my time there and in the Cardiff store (over Christmas) until I graduated and became a floor manager. During my early career I used to travel a few times a year to London and volunteer at the warehouse clearance sale. I made the transition to head office by completing a two week internship as a brand operations co-ordinator, where I stayed until I progressed to a global customer experience team leader, which I did for two and a half years. My journey into technology started in 2019 after being seconded to the service desk for three months, after showing an interest in the team. Since then they haven't been able to get rid of me after falling in love with the IT side of the business and becoming a permanent member of the team.
