• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  What I love about retail is that everyday is different, which is a challenge in itself. Every day, we learn and grow from it!

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  AllSaints is very operational. The first thing in the morning would be to check emails and plan for the day ahead! We process a lot of online orders from stores so we have to make sure the team and business are set up for success. It is important to remember that although there are a lot of tasks (shipment, visual merchandising, scheduling,…) customers always come first and it’s so important to set the team up well to deliver an amazing experience for them. 
   

• What's the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  We all get to celebrate our individuality by expressing ourselves through the clothes and accessories. I love hearing everyone’s story around the brand!
   

• What's the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  The potential to grow!
   

• Why AllSaints?

  A little anecdote: I used to work for AllSaints in Florida as well. I first worked at the outlet location in Sawgrass and have been in love with the brand ever since. I then worked at the location in Aventura Mall for a few years. When I saw an opportunity to work for AllSaints again here in California, I knew I HAD to come back to my favourite brand.
   

• What's not in the job description but something you'd tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  It’s hard work but it’s rewarding. 

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  It’s been exactly 3 months that I have been back with AllSaints and I have learnt so much from my role as brand leader. The people piece is so important and I’m a huge supporter of our #OneTeam value and mindset!
