• What does a good day look like in your role?

  A good day would be getting through my to-do list and being on top of my responsibilities. This allows me to spend time with my team, getting to train them in different areas, whether that’s virtual selling or customer service!
   

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  Working in the flagship outlet, a challenging day is one filled with deadlines and high targets. However, my team makes this all worthwhile as even with the high footfall that we have each day, I’m able to really enjoy my role. 

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  No two days are the same in retail, that’s something I love about it! This keeps me on my toes and on my 'A' game! Usually in a typical week I’m balancing completing my operational tasks such as rotas and compliance pieces. I’m running the shop floor and checking in with the virtual selling team. I’m also making sure to spot opportunities where I can support my team’s development. 
   

• What's the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  The ethos behind the brand, and the fact the brand cares for everyone who works for it. Being able to work for a brand who are actively taking steps to be more sustainable and responsible is something that makes me incredibly proud to be a part of it. There’s so many other things that are offered to us as employees, from the recognition platforms to our uniform allowances - the list goes on!
   

• What's the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  The most unexpected thing is how you can reach out to any department/store within the business and everyone is more than happy to help.

• Why AllSaints?

  My brother introduced me to my former brand leader when I turned 16 and was looking for my first part time job. They gave me the opportunity to join the team at Bicester Village and I’ve loved it there ever since!

• What's not in the job description but something you'd tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  For me, I think it’s how many skills you learn within the working world that you can also use in your personal life. I’ve developed at AllSaints in so many areas that help me both inside and outside of my role. There are endless opportunities within the brand. 
   

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  In August 2018, I joined AllSaints in Bicester Village as a part time stylist alongside my sixth form studies. During the pandemic, I assisted in launching our virtual selling platform and worked throughout the second & third lockdown, offering a 1-2-1 virtual shopping experience for our customers. 

  After the pandemic I started working full time and continued to build our virtual selling platform including when we moved to a message-based system as we reopened the store. I stepped up to senior stylist at the start of 2022 and took over our in-store, virtual selling. 10 months later I was promoted to floor manager and after four years with the brand, I now oversee the operational side of things for the store alongside virtual selling.
