• What does a good day look like in your role?

  Every day for the photo studio team is a new day with new challenges. A good day is when we set a goal for what we're going to achieve and we deliver it.

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  Being in production, my primary job is to ensure our photo shoots run smoothly and everyone and everything is in the right place, at the right time. We work with a huge network of creatives and models, so plenty of people to manage, and plenty of problems to solve. We get thrown multiple challenges when it comes to organising a successful photo shoot. It could be anything from samples not arriving on time for shoots, to model cancellations at 5.59pm the evening before a shoot. It's never dull when working in production, you just have to be flexible and good at problem solving.

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  A typical week at AllSaints is never dull and always fast-paced. We start our week with a team meeting, outlining the weekly targets ahead. We can run anywhere from 1 to 25 photoshoots per week in the AllSaints studio across model, still life and mannequin shoots depending on our intake, and time of year. Lots of planning is involved in anticipating high volume weeks where we will be shooting every set, every day, and also looking at pockets of time where we can look at creative pre-planning, styling direction with our styling team and model castings for upcoming projects. We are an end-to-end studio, from pre-production, sample management and shoot logistics, production, the physical shoot and post-production, retouching and delivering assets for AllSaints.com as well as our concession and wholesale partners.

  Just how connected the community is!

• Why AllSaints?

  It's so exciting to work for a brand that is constantly evolving and pushing forward. No one day is the same. I came to AllSaints as I have always been in love with the imagery AllSaints produced. I would always be referencing AllSaints as top in class when it came to showcasing great talent and photoshoots so it was pretty exciting when I got offered the role. The clothes are pretty good, too...

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  From my first day with AllSaints, to where we are now, I couldn't have anticipated how much would have changed and evolved in such a short period of time. I'm so proud when I look back at the time I've been here and just how far creatively (and productively!) the photo studio team have come. Every few months, we are saying, wow this has never looked so good, only to rewrite the rule book, and say it again a few months later!
