The Senior CRM Executive sits within the Digital Marketing Team and is responsible for defining & delivering CRM campaigns to drive continual revenue growth from our customer databases.
The person in this role will manage one Junior Executive in executing and optimising CRM tactical campaigns and programs. This role will report into the CRM Manager and will work closely with the Digital Marketing, Content & Web teams. The role will also help define CRM strategy, automated programs, lifecycle marketing & database growth strategies.
This is an incredibly exciting time for CRM at AllSaints. An ambitious 24 month CRM strategy has been defined, and this role will be integral to its successful delivery, including leveraging the capabilities of our marketing platform.


  • Manage an Exec in the build and execution of CRM campaigns via our ESP platform, ensuring all
  • work is delivered on time and free of errors. Principally focusing on email & app communications, but will also incorporate other channels moving forward e.g. SMS.
  • Manage an Exec in briefing our in-house copy and design studios in the development of test
  • executions. Appraise creative and design work constructively, to produce effective communications that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Content team to ensure approved creative is supplied in a timely manner.
  • Input into the broader planning of activity, including content generation and the testing strategy.
  • Produce regular campaign & automated programme reporting to thoroughly understand performance
  • drivers, identify insights and make recommendations to drive future performance.
  • Build close working relationships with our marketing platform, ensuring platform capabilities are optimised.
  • Also build effective relationships with the broader Digital Marketing, Content, Web, Development & Customer Experience teams to ensure the efficient and effective execution of activity.
  • Input into the delivery of the broader CRM strategy including; the development and on-going
  • optimisation of automated customer journey programmes, lifecycle marketing & database growth strategies.
  • Keep up to date with the latest CRM strategy to ensure that AllSaints activity is leading the field, particularly within the fashion industry.


  • A graduate, ideally with a Marketing qualification and previous experience within a direct response / CRM role within retail is essential, and ideally within fashion.
  • Proven experience in defining, delivering & optimising successful automated customer journey programmes which deliver step change results.
  • Excellent organisational skills, and strong attention to detail. The ability to follow process is key to ensure activity is delivered on-time, and error free.
  • You will be resilient, focused under pressure and able to oversee the execution of email campaigns in a fast-moving commercial environment.
  • Creative problem solving and reasoning abilities with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and objectives.
  • You will have a passion for data driven marketing and delivering step change results.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, self motivated and a strong team player.
  • An analytical mind, being very comfortable with data, ability to ask the right questions and derive insight and action from data sets.
  • Experience in critiquing creative assets and giving constructive feedback.
  • Excellent stakeholder influencing, management, and communication skills. A cross functional collaborator, with experience building collaborative relationships with teams outside of marketing.
