THE ROLE

Reporting to the President of Wholesale your day-to-day assistant activities will include: calendar management, meeting/event coordination, arranging travel itineraries, ad-hoc project work. Your role will entail acting as a gatekeeper and ensuring all correspondence to both internal and external parties is always punctual, professional and on Brand.

You will be required to build strong relationships with external and internal parties across all levels. With a meticulous eye for detail, highly organized and efficient, you will carry out administrative tasks on a daily basis, acting as a support function to ensure the President of Wholesale’s day runs smoothly and efficiently.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Scheduling management – coordinating meetings, monitoring meeting requests, reviewing calendar discrepancies
  • The gatekeeper for internal and external phone calls and managing all conversations appropriately
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate meetings and calls, with an increased volume during market
  • To handle all travel admin - bookings and itinerary details
  • Respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of Wholesale President in a professional manner, keeping in mind brand tone of voice and brand experience
  • Act as a marketing liaison between key accounts
  • Responsible for client gifting during market and holidays to support brand promotion and relationship building
  • Ensure all Wholesale President’s guests have a positive brand experience from start to finish - upon arrival at LA Studios through to leaving the office.
  • Note-taking/minutes for weekly meetings
  • Maintaining and updating the Global Retail Calendar and Wholesale President’s direct reports’ holiday tracker
  • Connect and communicate with North America and Global wholesale team on key dates and important brand updates
  • Upkeep of department newsletter
  • Assist with showroom maintenance
  • Support with projects and initiatives as directed by Wholesale President
  • Support with the creation of presentation

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in Operations/Retail/Store Management (retail environment preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline is required
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels
  • Able to deal with workload effectively and efficiently
  • Acts with integrity at all times and is able to keep confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; follows professional presentation
  • Advanced skills in drafting presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • Able to with ease plan, manage and execute projects
  • A creative problem solver, able to think on your feet in a quick and efficient manner
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador at all times - committed to providing the best AllSaints experience to all those who come into contact with our Brand
  • Passionate about the brand
  • Advanced knowedge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

ABOUT THE STORE AND TEAM

Our North America region is made up of 76 retail locations across the US and Canada with our flagship store in SoHo, New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’ infamous aesthetic to the West Hollywood hills.
