A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Environment, Social and Governance Manager to join the Production & Sourcing team at AllSaints. This is a brand new stand-alone role where you will be responsible for leading, defining and delivering on a new corporate social responsibility strategy, focussing on our Supply Chain. You will ensure AllSaints continually develops its corporate reputation on Supply Chain, Ethical & Environmental responsibility and sustainability agenda both internally and externally, whilst delivering long term brand value, improving the reputation of AllSaints across its stakeholders, suppliers, customer & employees.


  • Work with the director team to define a new group Environment, Social and Governance strategy, as well as appropriate measures to assess the performance against specific targets and KPIs
  • Design a “world class” environment, social and governance program focusing on our supply chain partners
  • Implement a project plan and monitor progress against the strategy, identifying any risk to the business, potential non-compliance and offer different levels of due diligence and solutions based on resources
  • Providing a balanced strategy framework of managing risk, building capability within our value chain and supporting industry level initiatives to improve supply chain conditions.
  • Review current supplier manual and policies to analyse the gaps and design policies for ethical trade, environment and animal welfare
  • Review current integration with sourcing and other functions of the business and provide proposals for integration including software solutions for supplier and factory on-boarding
  • Support on the development of a new data capture process for environment, social and governance data, including supply chain mapping tools, using technology and design appropriate process to standardise and simplify the data
  • Deliver reports on the environment, social and governance strategy, objectives and performance as and when required. Producing a formal annual report as well as content for an Environment, Social and Governance section on the company website.
  • Support with external and internal communications for the business with support from the Legal and PR Teams
  • Work with Legal, People & Culture and other key stakeholders to review and develop internal policies
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, for other elements of Environment, Social and Governance (such as charities & People & Culture)


  • Experience managing corporate responsibility with large, national and or international businesses
  • Must have vendor governance experience
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Proactive nature – prepared to ‘do’ rather than assign or instruct
  • Strategic thinker, decisive, assertive and able to balance short & long term priorities
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality
