THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Web Analyst to support the wider digital department to help improve our online business. The Senior Web Analyst is an experienced analyst with a background in data, business marketing, and strategic analysis.

The Senior Web Analyst will be consulting with the wider digital team on their needs, shaping the insights with delivery to them. They will access our internal database and web analytics data (including Enhanced ECommerce) using a variety of tools (Google Analytics 360 suite, Google Cloud Platform including Big Query, Funnel.io and BI tools including Tableau).

What Will I be doing

• Analyse customer shopping behaviour and present actionable insights to improve customer purchase funnel performance
• Monitor campaign performance, gathering key insights to report back to the various digital teams to inform the development and optimisation of content/marketing strategy
• Translate business goals and requirements into KPIs and measurable metrics
• Be responsible for defining site tracking solutions and working closely with our technical teams and 3rd party agency in further development and adding additional solutions
• Proactively identify performance gaps across our websites and make high-level suggestions for improvement
• Identify and build high value user journey/segments and assist the Performance Team with building remarketing campaigns to improve business KPI performance
• Produce dashboards in Tableau to track business performance across all marketing activity
• Build automated reporting
• Use SQL to code and query the database in order to derive insights for the business
• Take responsibility for end-to-end CRO optimisation coverage; create and inform A/B and multivariate testing and analyse customer journeys to optimise User Experience

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

• Educated to degree level preferably in Maths, Computer Science, Statistics or similar

   

• Solid experience within customer insight and marketing functions
• An understanding of performance marketing channels and customer segmentation
• Strong skills with web analytics solutions, such as Google Analytics
• Commercial experience in SQL and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Experience in planning, conducting and analysing A/B and MV tests
• Ideally some exposure to statistical tools - R, Python
• Knowledge of of attribution modelling is a plus
• Background in retail analytics preferable

Studio Location. Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
