Senior Digital Production Coordinator

An exciting opportunity to join the AllSaints digital family at a time of great growth, you will work closely and report directly to the Digital Production Manager.

As part of the content team within the Digital department, you will be supporting ongoing maintenance, site changes, content implementation and daily checks and updates.

The role also requires working cross-functionally with other digital team members, including managing the Production Coordinator(s) and their workload.


  • Support with ongoing maintenance, site changes such as campaign or sale launch, content implementation and daily checks and updates.
  • Ensure the upload of content pages using the in-house CMS is completed in a timely and accurate manner, and manage the translation for the European regions.
  • Help manage the Digital Productions Coordinator(s). Motivating and developing the team with regular one to one’s and performance reviews and attending their appraisal with the Digital Production Manager.
  • Police content to check that it passes accessibility requirements.
  • Maintenance of the existing sites: liaison with the Production Manager and development team to ensure implementation of new features, identification of broken links and opportunities to optimise.
  • Vigilantly sweep sites to identify bugs, issues and errors. Working with the Production Manager and Development team to log and track resolution.
  • Ensure the AllSaints tone of voice is accurate, informative and consistent throughout the global sites. Keep on top of the product tracker to ensure that descriptions are up to date, and send out a copy weekly summary.
  • Ensure the weekly emails have been translated and dispatched for each region. Work cross-functionally with the marketing and PR teams to support any regional copy needs.
  • Manage the digital calendar for your region, updating with any regional events. Communicate efficiently with the Digital Production Manager and brief any content required to the team.
  • Support the Digital Commerce, Customer Experience and Marketing teams in any ad hoc projects.


  • Is computer literate and able to use CMS systems and Google suite.
  • Experience in HTML and website content management is required.
  • Ecommerce and fashion retail experience is preferable.
  • Being fluent in a European language is preferable.
  • Management experience is preferable.
  • Proactive and able to think creatively when problem solving.
  • Communicates with others clearly, effectively, professionally and with respect.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise work accordingly and work flexibly to hit deadlines.
  • Excellent team player who is collaborative in their approach and support team objectives.
  • Reliable and acts in a timely manner.
  • Understanding of SEO best practice.
  • Creative eye and attention to detail.
  • Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously.
  • Demonstrates the brand values and promotes them within the business.
  • Strives to achieve and drive the best results possible for the brand.
