Retail Operations Temp - Part Time

Responsible for temporarily supporting the North America Brand Operations department in daily administrative tasks, to include retail operations and store maintenance.

Role's Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the brand integrity of the company is reflected at all times through internal operations communication to retail stores
  • Compiling and following-up on store compliance reports in the areas of product transfers, loss prevention, supplies, and maintenance to drive visibility, awareness and improvement as a business.
  • Prepare content for approval including weekly department updates, guides, and tasks. Liaise with internal teams such as Visual, Marketing, PR, Human Resources, etc. to ensure timely communication to field partners.
  • Assist with retail operations and maintenance projects, department initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks/projects.
  • Administrative support for in-store users with footfall tracking, store security/alarm, logistics, and store hours platforms.
  • Supporting digital channels: updates and rankings on Digital Store Orders (DSO), Single View of Stock (SVS), Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer feedback.
  • Will be part of the team who maintain and continuously improve the brands global operating environment.
  • Support new store openings as they arise.


Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platforms (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; follows professional presentation
  • Versatile and flexible; embraces change and is consistently able to develop and adapt to the needs of the business.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail needed
  • Works with pace and takes initiative on projects and assignments
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize when being given multiple assignments at once
  • Must be a self-starter, energetic, and have a positive attitude
  • Acts with integrity at all times and is able to keep confidential information.

Education and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of relevant retail/operations experience
  • Knowledge or background of store maintenance is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.


Our North America region is made up of 76 retail locations across the US and Canada with our flagship store in SoHo, New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’ infamous aesthetic to the West Hollywood hills.
