All AllSaints employees enjoy a wardrobe and personal discount allowance per season. You can choose from both our menswear and womenswear collections – we can’t wait to see your picks.
Birthdays are for celebrating and a day off
They’re for celebrating, so regular full time or part time employees get the day off with pay.
Pension scheme – UK
Government legislation requires enrolling all eligible team members. Our chosen workplace pension scheme provider is The People’s Pension. We apply a three-month waiting period before assessing eligibility for entry to the scheme.

Our holiday year runs from February to February. We’ve made sure that our people benefit from a generous holiday allowance, applicable to or pro-rata’d based on the hours you work.
Holiday gratuity
