Customer Experience is the AllSaints Global Contact Centre team responsible for handling queries, complaints and supporting our global customers across all channels including email, chat, social media and phone calls,. Once trained and confident, we are empowered to own our cases through to resolution and get to do what is right for our customers. We focus on quality, productivity, ongoing coaching as well as progression planning.

Our Brand Protection team is a small team of 8 fraud and risk professionals who are responsible for mitigating risk on the e-commerce side of the business. We work hard to protect the brand from loss in areas such as online fraud, order reviewing, chargeback defence, delivery and returns claims, as well as payment operations. For us, it’s not just about minimising risk above all else, it's primarily to enable genuine customers to shop with us safely and securely and with minimal friction.
