Learning and development
At AllSaints, your development is incredibly important to us. We want you to feel empowered and supported right throughout your AllSaints journey to be able to drive forward both your core skills base and career trajectory. Our dedicated in-house learning and development team are highly skilled and qualified to create development opportunities that maximise your potential.
You’ll have the opportunity to join regular SmartSaints training sessions and complete learning pathways which cover a wide range of skills, including leadership essentials, improving wellbeing, personal effectiveness, working with others and communication skills.
As well as our core training provision - we offer many incredible opportunities to complete both internally and externally lead development programmes. In addition, you’ll have options to formalise your learning with professional qualifications. To support you, we also offer up to five fully paid study leave days annually for team members undertaking an AllSaints funded qualification. We want you to feel supported to give your development all the time it deserves.
All AllSaints team members are encouraged to get involved with the learning that is open to them. Not only does this provide an opportunity to develop your skills, it’s also a great time to meet and collaborate with team members right across the global business.
