Our communities

Learning and development

At AllSaints, your development is incredibly important to us. We want you to feel empowered and supported right throughout your AllSaints journey to grow your skills and progress your career. Our dedicated, in-house learning and development team are highly skilled and qualified to create development opportunities that maximise your potential.

SmartSaints

You’ll have the opportunity to join regular SmartSaints training sessions and complete learning pathways which cover a wide range of behavioural skills, including leadership essentials, improving wellbeing, personal effectiveness, working with others, communication skills and DEI. These one-hour, live training sessions are a great opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from a variety of departments and regions across the brand. Sessions are delivered weekly at a variety of times, so wherever you’re based in the world, you can join when it’s convenient to you.

Selling Squad

If you’re based in our stores, we have recently launched ‘Selling Squad’ to help you feel equipped to give our customers a memorable AllSaints experience. This sales skills training is designed to support you to feel confident in creating lasting first impressions, providing meaningful customer service and helpful aftercare. Our retail, CX and L&D teams have all collaborated on the design of this programme, so our customers and our retail teams are considered every step of the way. We’ve also created lots of follow up exercises and team activities to support the embedding of the content covered in each session.

Internal Leadership Development Programmes

As well as our core SmartSaints offering, we offer a broad range of leadership development opportunities suitable for future leaders up to and including senior leaders. Our in-house developed programmes provide the opportunity to enhance your leadership capabilities and confidence through attending masterclasses, gaining a mentor from our senior leadership team and getting the chance to collaborate with your peers across the world on an end of programme project.

Funded Qualifications

Alongside a select number of valued learning partners, we also offer a wide range of formal qualification options. Whether it's achieving internationally recognised accreditations from professional institutions including the CMI and CIPD or taking part in technical skills short courses that support you to do your role to its best - we do our best to support you to achieve your learning and professional goals.

In England, we utilise our apprenticeship levy to fund a selection of apprenticeships in leadership development, coaching, data analysis, buying and merchandising and content creation. To help you give your learning the time that it needs, we offer up to five fully paid study leave days annually for team members undertaking an AllSaints funded qualification.

We encourage our teams to get involved with the learning opportunities available to them. Not only does this provide an opportunity to develop your skills, it’s also a great time to meet and collaborate with team members right across our global brand.
