We are looking for an experienced SEO manager to join our digital performance team. The SEO manager will be responsible for creating and driving the global SEO strategy for our brand and will act as a key pillar between content, merch, dev and marketing to drive results.

We are looking for an SEO manager who has an all-round knowledge of digital channels, and the ability to influence and educate the wider teams on the importance of SEO.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Reporting to the senior performance manager you will work as part of our digital performance team based at our Shoreditch head office.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Create a global SEO strategy, driving key traffic and sales to our web sites
  • Responsible for achieving KPIs set by the performance team, reporting on channels, and identifying key improvements
  • Work closely with content and marketing to create SEO friendly content
  • Work closely with PPC teams to identify best SERP results
  • Function as the pillar for SEO queries in the digital team
  • Working with dev to enhance the site, prioritise based on commercial gain
  • Support the retail teams on GMB
  • Responsible for SEO budget, and how best to invest this
  • Management of agency and tools
  • Keep up to date with Google’s algorithm changes and SEO trends

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • Prior SEO experience essential (on-site, off-site and tech)
  • Team player, who’s used to working across numerous departments
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders on ways of working to achieve the best SEO results
  • Experience working with agencies / suppliers
  • Proven record of increasing search visibility and driving new customer acquisition
  • Experience within a fashion retailer is preferable
  • An understanding of performance marketing channels
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is preferred
