WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide carriers with accurate eligibility information.
  • Assists with new-hire orientations and open enrollment process and distribution of all benefit enrollment materials.
  • Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes and processing of life status changes.
  • Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on processes
  • Works closely with the HRBPs on leave-of-absence administration, with foundational knowledge of FMLA and ADA implications as they relate to leaves of absences/disabilities.
  • Responds to 401(k) inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts. Manages the annual catch-up contribution enrollment.
  • Recommends benefits wellness programs by studying employee requirements and trends.
  • Performs quality checks of benefits-related data.
  • Contributes to the global people and culture department projects.
  • Manage company rewards and recognition programs.
  • Compile various people and culture reports and logs to conform to regulations.
  • This role will be supporting both AllSaints and John Varvatos employee groups, across the U.S. and Canada.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws (Federal and State).
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage workload.
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Always acts with integrity and can keep confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador always - committed to providing the best AllSaints experience to all those who meet our Brand.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google, Dayforce HCM.
  • Minimal travel requirement.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ years / foundation experience in HR and/or benefits administration
  • Retail environment experience preferred
  • Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred

Pay Range in West Hollywood, CA
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Base Salary:
$28.00/hr - $30.00/hr

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Our North America region is made up of 76 retail locations across the US and Canada with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’s iconic aesthetic to the West Hollywood hills.
