THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity to join the AllSaints digital family at a time of great growth, you will work closely and report directly to the Digital Production Manager.

As part of the content team within the Digital department, you will be supporting ongoing maintenance, site changes, content implementation and daily checks and updates.

The role also requires working cross-functionally with other digital team members, including managing the Production Coordinator(s) and their workload.

 

WHAT WILL I BE DOING

  • Ensure all digital touchpoints including regions of the site and app have up to date content driven by the critical path
  • Support with ongoing maintenance, site changes such as campaign or sale launch, content implementation and daily checks and updates
  • Responsible for ensuring all new content has been thoroughly tested, coordinating with relevant teams when tasks are ready to be tested, issues are resolved in a timely manner and escalating where necessary
  • Maintenance of the existing sites: liaison with the Digital Experience Manager and development team to ensure implementation of new features, identification of broken links and opportunities to optimise
  • Police content to check that it passes accessibility requirements
  • Vigilantly sweep sites to identify bugs, issues and errors. Working with the Digital Experience Manager and Development team to log and track resolution.
  • Always look to make sure CMS is set up to allow for different variations of content that sets AllSaints apart
  • Manage the Digital Productions Coordinator(s). Motivating and developing the team with regular one to one’s and performance reviews and conducting their appraisal with the Digital Experience Manager
  • Ensure the team is trained to a high proficiency on CMS, and check work to ensure it is high quality
  • Promotion management - responsible for the setup of promotions onsite and the testing of new promotions working alongside the Product Owner
  • Create and manage the backlog of service desk tickets for the team. These can include improving the CMS and site bugs
  • Report on performance of site content updates and use this to inform new content / promotion builds
  • Support the Digital and wider teams in any ad hoc projects

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE

  • Is computer literate and able to use CMS systems and Google suite
  • Experience in website content management is required
  • Sales Force experience is preferable
  • Ecommerce and fashion retail experience is preferable
  • Management experience is preferable
  • Proactive and able to think creatively when problem solving
  • Communicates with others clearly, effectively, professionally and with respect
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise work accordingly and work flexibly to hit deadlines
  • Excellent team player who is collaborative in their approach and support team objectives
  • Reliable and acts in a timely manner
  • Understanding of SEO best practice
  • Creative eye and attention to detail
  • Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously
  • Demonstrates the brand values and promotes them within the business
  • Strives to achieve and drive the best results possible for the brand

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location. Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
