THE ROLE
The Head of Learning, Engagement and Talent Development will lead our strategy in helping employees grow and succeed. Through the team, you'll create and deliver training programs, find ways for people to learn new skills, and make sure our development plans support our company's goals.
Ultimately, you’ll work with your team and alongside the People and Culture senior leadership team to create an environment where everyone feels encouraged to develop, and engaged to deliver exceptional results for our brand.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
u25cf Build on, and implement a comprehensive learning, talent, and development strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and business objectives
u25cf Collaborate with senior leaders to identify skill gaps and future capabilities required for team and brand success
u25cf Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
u25cf Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programmes, workshops, and e-learning initiatives
u25cf Ensure that learning programmes are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with diverse learning needs
u25cf Utilise metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions and make data-driven improvements
u25cf Lead talent identification and succession planning processes to build a robust leadership pipeline
u25cf Develop strategies to attract, retain, and engage high-potential employees
u25cf Partner with people partners and business leaders to assess talent needs and design bespoke development plans
u25cf Create and implement leadership programmes to enhance the skills of current and future leaders
u25cf Act as a coach and mentor to senior leaders, supporting their personal and professional growth
u25cf Integrate DEI principles into all learning and talent initiatives
u25cf Promote a culture where all employees feel valued and have equal opportunities for development
u25cf Stay abreast of trends and innovations in learning and talent development to drive continuous improvement
u25cf Manage the learning and development budget effectively to ensure ROI

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location. Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
