WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • With support from the head of visual merchandising you will provide monthly VM guidelines for both clothing and non apparel, using information provided by buying and merch teams
  • Utilise inspiration from look books and creative content to style the collection both in store and on mannequins, bringing new ideas and refreshed styling to your work
  • Establish an understanding of our global commercial business needs, in all grades of stores and varied store profiles. Adapting styling to each market and climate where necessary. Support this with a separate directive for concessions
  • Write monthly wardrobe guidelines for our store teams
  • Research the fashion industry and stay ahead of trends
  • Support the wider global VM team and wholesale and franchise VM manager with any updates/changes to their directives based on allocations
  • Be aware of the brand calendar and ensure all guidelines are delivered to deadlines
  • Support the field VM team with monthly product rollouts where needed
  • Support with seasonal showroom design set ups

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • Previous VM experience in a similar role or in stores
  • Strong IT skills, including a good level of Photoshop
  • Excellent stylist with an ability to create impactful, cohesive window statements
  • Be able to demonstrate strong people skills
  • Good presentation skills are key both verbal and written
  • Strong creative flair with excellent styling ability
  • Good knowledge of global fashion trends
  • A really strong communicator capable of building strong relationships
  • A creative thinker who challenges process and embraces change
  • Ability to work at pace, with a results driven approach to projects
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional manner
  • Ambitious personality demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop the role
  • Flexible in their approach with a strong work ethic
  • Passion for the AllSaints brand and the industry we work in

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location. Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
