THE ROLE
Based within our UK office you will be an integral part of supporting our wholesale and retail teams. Reporting into the global Head of Marketing and PR who is based in the UK this position will be exceptional at managing a multitude of projects and a passionate advocate for our brand.
Working closely with Head of Marketing & PR to lead crisis communications response, ensuring the successful protection of AllSaints reputation
ABOUT THE TEAM
Our PR and marketing team has been primarily based in the UK in our East London Studios, the heart of AllSaints. We are now on a very exciting journey, growing our team as our brand has grown so the focus is for us to continue spreading the success across to all our customers.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Developing and nurturing relationships with relevant key journalists across consumer and corporate media, alongside the PR assistant. Responsible for press coverage and small features
- Report PR results in a compelling way to senior stakeholders that proves ROI and contribution towards overall brand objectives
- Careful budget management ensuring all PR work delivers strong and evident ROI
- You'll help us link our story back to our customers and our vision
- You will be responsible for maintaining team happiness and engagement alongside other senior team members
- Work with a wide roster of consumer Public Relations agencies on selected product activations
- Demonstrate a broad working knowledge (deployed with media) of the products and services offered
- Provide clear updates to the Head of PR/Marketing on media activity in advance
- Work with the Social Media team to enhance and amplify Public Relations stories and where required work with our search engine optimisation (SEO) agency
- Supporting the brand communication strategy to give greater profile our brand
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- Proven experience and ability to work within a creative, medium-sized organisation, where everyone is hands-on, and where the focus in on getting the job done
- Strong communication/influencing skills to work with the different teams and seniority, and to drive alignment across the functions in support of the strategy
- Collaborative working style
- Demonstrable experience of leading and empowering a team to deliver success, and will be able to work alone with high level direction
- Proven experience in ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed commercially & flawlessly, partnering with third parties
- A proven track record in planning and managing budgets to target
- Able to work with speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail
- The ability to multitask to manage multiple projects, with the ability to analyse the
- Measure the return on investment and effectiveness of campaigns
- Work cross-functionally and will have excellent collaboration and influencing skills and strong oral and written communication expertise
- Strong copy-writing skills
- A strong sense of brand aesthetic, and a natural understanding of premium brands
- A positive self-starter with the ability to set stretching goals
- An individual who strives for perfection
- A problem solver, able to think quickly on his/her feet
- A creative thinker, with a fashion sensibility and excellent taste levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with different types of people at all levels
- Drive, enthusiasm and determination
ABOUT THE LOCATION
