THE ROLE

This is an exciting time for CRM at AllSaints. We have recently defined an ambitious CRM strategy, and this role will be key to its successful delivery. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who is confident, eager to learn, and passionate about the industry and our business.


As a CRM Executive, you will be part of the Global Customer Team, reporting directly to the Global CRM Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to build and execute a variety of CRM campaigns, primarily via email, to drive revenue growth, database retention and strengthen customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing, Digital Content, and eCommerce teams, contributing to the overall CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, automated programmes, and database growth initiatives.


This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging email and SMS campaigns, optimising customer journeys, and leveraging data insights to drive commercial success. Our mission is to build the most compelling relationship customers have with a fashion brand.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

 

  • Build and execute CRM campaigns via our ESP platform, primarily focusing on email, push notifications and SMS
  • Support with broader campaign planning and execution, including content generation, A/B testing, image sourcing, and template selection
  • Support your line manager by providing performance reports, using insights to refine and improve future campaigns
  • Brief the in-house copy and design team, ensuring all creative assets align with brand guidelines. Provide constructive feedback to optimise content effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Web, and Customer Experience teams
  • Support and contribute to the ongoing development of the CRM strategy and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Stay up to date with CRM best practices and industry trends, ensuring AllSaints remains at the forefront of CRM innovation, particularly within the fashion sector

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • Previous experience in a CRM Executive role is essentiaL
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience in building and managing email campaigns using tools such as Ometria, Bloomreach, Emarsys or Klaviyo
  • Strong data analysis skills, with experience using Google Analytics and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset, always seeking ways to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness
  • Confidence in critiquing creative assets and providing constructive feedback
  • A positive team player, comfortable collaborating across multiple departments
