THE ROLE
The Technology and transformation team drives the evolution of AllSaints, ensuring our projects are delivered with precision and impact. We are passionate advocates for innovation and efficiency, and aspire to provide the best frameworks and support to enable our teams' success.
We are looking for a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Lead to join our team and support our complex technology and transformation projects, guiding them through all phases of delivery. You will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining robust PMO frameworks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Prior experience in leading PMO functions within a fast-paced environment and positively influencing stakeholders to achieve project goals is essential for this role.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Our Transformation & Technology team is based in our iconic East London Studios, the heart of AllSaints head office. We are a collaborative team, working together to deliver innovative solutions that drive our business forward.

Reporting into the Global Director of Transformation, and working closely with the Head of Technology Delivery, this position will sit within the broader Transformation & Technology team to provide portfolio-level governance, reporting and support. At the heart of what we do is to ensure we balance efficiency with delivering exceptional outcomes.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Building strong relationships and working collaboratively with all teams and departments to ensure projects align with business goals
- Establishing and maintaining robust PMO frameworks which set the standards for delivery, including methodologies, standards, and processes
- Overseeing project governance, including defining structures and overseeing the delivery of of portfolio reporting
- Providing constructive advice and support to project managers, ensuring projects are delivered effectively
- Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Setting the standard for business case creation and presentation, supporting project teams through the process.
- Delivering regular portfolio updates and recommendations to senior leadership teams
- Ensuring accurate documentation and data management across all projects
- Supporting with project reporting, tracking and scheduling in Transformation & Technology projects
- Delivering training on PMO processes and project management best practices
- Collaborating with Global Head of Transformation, Global Head of Technology Delivery and IT Director, NA to build and maintain transformation roadmap
- Any ad-hoc activities as required.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

- You have a strong foundation in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and are confident in navigating complex projects
- You understand the importance of data integrity and strive for accuracy in all aspects of project management
- You have a proven ability to challenge yourself and embrace new opportunities for development
- You are tech-savvy and proficient in using project management software (Jira, MS Project, etc.) and data visualisation tools
- An active user of digital tools, with proven ability to leverage them for project success
- Strong business acumen – you understand the impact of projects on business goals
- Honest, trustworthy, and collaborative – you embody our brand values
- A protector of our brand. A mentality to care for our projects, budgets, and timelines, as well as our teams
