THE ROLE

Sitting within the Finance Department, which has responsibility for all aspects of AllSaints’ financial and management reporting, taxation, cash management and treasury for the worldwide business, you will work alongside the North America Tax Manager and will report directly into the Head of Tax and will manage Senior Tax Associate.

You will be primarily responsible for AllSaints’ continued compliance with its UK tax obligations, its relationship with various non-UK tax compliance service providers, tax disclosures in its consolidated financial statements, as supporting/undertaking ad hoc tax projects.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Deputising for the Head of Tax
  • Managing the performance of the Senior Tax Associate
  • Administering/Developing AllSaints’ tax governance policies, procedures, processes and controls
  • Administering/Developing AllSaints’ transfer pricing policies, procedures processes and controls
  • Managing AllSaints’ tax accounting / financial reporting, procedures, processes and controls
  • Managing the preparation of AllSaints’ UK CT returns
  • Managing the preparation, submission and agreement of AllSaints’ European Corporate Income Tax returns
  • Managing AllSaints’ relationship with its European direct tax compliance service providers
  • Preparing tax disclosures for inclusion in AllSaints’ consolidated financial statements
  • Reviewing cash-tax and effective tax rate forecasts
  • Advising/Supporting non-finance personnel whose responsibilities encompass tax compliance
  • Supporting/Undertaking ad hoc tax mitigation/ planning/compliance projects

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED

  • PQE (ACA/ACCA/CTA Equivalent)u2028
  • Good technical skills and attention to detail
  • Commercially aware
  • 'Hands on’ approach with an ability to work independently / to adapt to change quicklyu2028
  • Ability to quickly build strong relationships across all levelsu2028
  • Good communication skills; written and verbal

ABOUT THE LOCATION
