THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity to join our brand as Global Head of PR & Marketing. In this role you will define and execute the strategic vision for the brand’s global identity. Our teams are growing and our brand is embarking on a very exciting journey, so the focus is for us to continue spreading the success across to all our customers.
You will lead the synergy between creative storytelling and commercial growth, ensuring the brand remains culturally relevant, aspirationally positioned, and digitally dominant across all international markets.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Working at our East London Studios you will report to the Chief Creative Officer and will manage a team of three.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Develop and execute the global marketing strategy, establishing a unifying global brand narrative and messaging architecture
- Oversee the annual global marketing calendar, aligning product drops and seasonal campaigns
- Manage a global network of PR agencies and internal teams to secure high-tier editorial coverage in fashion and lifestyle publications
- Shift from transactional influencer marketing to community-led participation
- Oversee the VIP/Celebrity dressing strategy and maintain relationships with key people across the industry
- Oversee global press strategy, previews and editorial placements
- Build strong relationships with editors, stylists and cultural gatekeepers
- Oversee full 360 amplification plans including:
- Media partnerships
- Global events
- Retail activations
- Talent engagement
- Digital and social rollouts
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to ensure brand-led content drives conversion without diluting prestige.
- Manage the global marketing budget, optimizing spend between traditional PR, digital media, and experiential events.
- Lead and manage the PR & Marketing team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Extensive PR & Marketing experience, with a proven track record in a senior leadership role
- Established relationships with global fashion editors, stylists, and talent agents.
- Mastery of 360-degree campaign planning, budget management, and data-driven storytelling.
- You’ll be a creative thinker with an analytical flair
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
ABOUT THE LOCATION
