THE ROLE
The Senior Producer is a highly organized, operational specialist responsible for the seamless execution of the brand’s visual output. Acting as the logistical backbone of the photo studio, this role translates creative concepts into reality by managing budgets, timelines, and talent. You will be the 'boots on the ground' ensuring that every campaign and shoot, from daily e-commerce to major brand projects, run with precision, on time, and within budget.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING
- Studio Operations: Oversee the day-to-day logistics and physical environment of the photo studio, ensuring all equipment and resources are prepared and maintained for daily use
- End-to-End Shoot Logistics: Coordinate the practical requirements for all campaigns and photo shoots, including detailed scheduling, location logistics, and equipment hire
- Talent & Crew Booking: Manage the administrative process of booking models, hair and makeup artists, and stylists, including fee negotiation and schedule coordination
- Casting Administration: Organize and facilitate casting sessions as directed by the creative team, ensuring all talent options are vetted, contracted, and available
- Production Scheduling: Build and maintain detailed production timelines to ensure all shoots stay on track and meet delivery deadlines
- Budget Management: Track all production-related spend, ensuring shoots are delivered within the specific financial parameters set by the department
- Workflow Implementation: Execute the operational workflows defined by leadership to ensure a seamless transition from the shoot floor to final asset delivery
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary operational point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding project status, resource availability, and delivery timelines

- Production Lifecycle Management: Expert knowledge of the end-to-end production process for both stills and video, from pre-production logistics to post-production delivery
- Studio Resource Management: Proficient in managing physical studio spaces, including equipment maintenance schedules, health and safety compliance, and studio inventory

- Budgeting & Financial Reporting: Advanced skills in budget tracking, cost estimation, and financial reconciliation (P&Ls) to ensure all productions remain profitable and within scope
- Contracting & Usage Rights: In-depth understanding of talent contracts, model release forms, and usage rights/licensing to mitigate brand risk
ABOUT THE LOCATION
