THE ALLSAINTS TEAM

At AllSaints we are in the business of feelings - making our customers feel cool and confident. If, like us, you believe in the power of a great outfit, we'd love to talk to you.

We're a global brand made up of a very diverse mix of talented people in a huge variety of roles. Our products are designed in house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards.

We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Producer, the Creative Producer acts as a facilitator between the brand’s high-level vision and its physical execution. This is a highly collaborative role designed to support the Senior Producer by facilitating the 'creative ingredients' of our output.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Aesthetic Talent Scouting: Identify and source photographers, videographers, and stylists whose portfolios align with the brand’s evolving visual identity. This includes negotiating with agents and talent to ensure costs remain competitive and fall within budget whilst simultaneously building strong relationships with external talent
  • Resource Procurement: Ensuring that equipment is ordered for creative photoshoots and campaign projects
  • Casting Curation: Curate talent pools that reflect the brand’s tone of voice, focusing on the 'look and feel' of models and creatives. Working closely with the casting director to facilitate talent and liaise with agents
  • On-Set Shoot Production: Providing active, hands-on support during shoots to ensure the production runs smoothly, assisting the team with practical needs to maintain momentum
  • Supporting Senior Producer: Day to day support of Senior Producer’s workload, assisting in the functional running of the photo-studio and on campaign projects
  • Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of industry shifts in photography, social media aesthetics, and graphic design to keep the brand’s visual identity fresh and competitive
  • Ad-Hoc studio support: Managing miscellaneous tasks as directed by the senior producer, to support in high-volume periods
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
  • A Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in a team environment. You use your skills to support colleagues, and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and can do their best work
  • Brand Ambassador: Your genuine love for fashion is evident. You'll be an ambassador for our brand, connecting with customers and colleagues over the power of an amazing outfit
  • Driven by Success & Tenacity: You possess a winning mentality. You're resilient, focused on solutions, and committed to overcoming challenges to deliver outstanding results
  • Commercial Acumen: You have a deep understanding of retail business. You actively leverage data to gain insights and anticipate customer needs
  • Integrity: You embody our core values through your honesty and trustworthiness. You're dedicated to protecting our brand, caring for our customers, product, profit margins, and the health and safety of our teams and environments
  • Visual Storytelling: Ability to translate abstract brand values into concrete visual narratives, mood-boards, and creative treatments
  • Brand Stewardship: Deep understanding of brand codes (typography, brand colours and tone of voice) with the ability to ensure every asset feels like AllSaints
  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish quick rapport both on set with internal and external partners
