• What does a good day look like in your role?

  A good day for me is when any and all issues/projects/reports are being completed, or progressing how they should.

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  A challenging day is actually a day that I also enjoy, when we come across unknowns so have to think outside of the box to deliver the same consistent service level agreements.

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  They only way I can label a typical week is by saying we maintain our buildings, we treat our employees and customers safety as our highest priority but in doing so ensuring we are supporting in the best way we can to allow our teams to deliver our world class brand experience.

• What’s the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  Without question, it's the people. We have thousands of employees globally, working together consistently for our brand, all moving in the same direction. Our biggest strength as a brand is our team.

• What’s the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  Honestly, and in a positive way but after working here for nearly 12 years nothing is unexpected or surprising. I enjoy the outside of the box approach when it's needed.

• What’s not in the job description but something you’d tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  We are a brand like no other. We have time for each other irrespective of titles.

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  My journey started when I was an electrician completing works for the contractor teams building AllSaints stores. Whilst here, I was asked by one of the previous AllSaints owners if I'd like to swap sides and become an AllSaints employee as a maintenance manager for the UK. After being in this role for a few years, during which AllSaints was growing, I moved to become head of global facilities where I'm happy to say I still am and I love my job. My journey has had many ups and downs, mostly ups. It has been great fun and I'm looking forward to what the next ten years will bring.
