• What does a good day look like in your role?

  Spending time with my team and customers! A very energetic day, filled with a lot of positivity. Nothing beats that.

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  Missing the store, team and customers when on a day off or annual leave!

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  Ensuring that my store is set up for success! In other words, making sure everyone in my team are happy and that they know the goals we are working towards. I make sure to base myself on the floor, with the team, just to have that presence if they need any support from me. 

• What’s the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  How much the company cares about the people and obviously the product!

• What’s the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  The most unexpected thing for me was how small the gap is between all functions in the brand. In other words, if you need any sort of support from head office they are always there for you, no matter what. The whole brand is like one team - a big family.

• Why AllSaints?

  I think what I mentioned previously, it’s a brand that looks after their people so well. I can’t stress that enough. I am very much a people person, and without the people, you won’t be able to achieve all the amazing things you do!

• What’s not in the job description but something you’d tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  That if you are looking for a retail brand that you want to progress, develop and have the time of your life in, where you can go from retail into head office (if you wish so) this is the brand for you!

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  I started off as a peak stylist in Regent Street while at university. Once I graduated I got offered a floor manager position in our Jack’s Place store where I worked for a year and a half. I moved later to the finance team, as I have a degree in finance, but I realised retail is what I am passionate about. I then moved to be a floor manager to Regent Street. After Regent Street I got promoted to a store manager in Westfield and now I am a partner brand leader in our beautiful concession store in Bentalls!
