• What does a good day look like in your role?

  For me, I love when I'm able to connect with others In the team to resolve something for our stores. I love removing roadblocks for our teams in stores so that their jobs can be easy, straight forward, and enjoyable! Leaving a positive impact on those around me makes all the difference in my day.
   

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  A challenging day for me could look like encountering an obstacle that prevents the progression of a task, project, or administrative function that I am sure will enhance the overall business. Although, the silver lining there is that there is always a solution - sometimes you have to reframe how you are looking at things to get a fresh perspective and the solution will follow!

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  Every week varies depending on what we have going on in the business. Some weeks I am in the office working on administrative roll outs, compliance-oriented tasks and new collection launches in stores. Other weeks I am heavy in store supporting the LA market and connecting with our field teams. Occasionally there is a bit of travel involved, especially when we are opening a new location or relocating a store - that is always exciting! A few things remain constant week over week; I regularly review data from the week prior to see where we may be able to improve and drive a positive impact, and I am constantly connecting with my direct team to ensure we are aligned and working towards a common goal.

• What's the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  The people! I have met the most amazing and inspiring individuals throughout my time with AllSaints and I learn something new from them every day. It doesn't hurt that the clothes are beautiful as well!

• What's the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  Though we are a large company, you truly have a relationship with everyone! Working cross functionally on different projects allows you to create lasting friendships and lets you get to know others on a one-to-one basis.

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  My path isn’t necessarily a traditional one and that’s something that I’m extremely proud of! I​ started my journey in our Bloomingdale's Sherman Oaks concession​ and could not get enough! I ​was drawn to the internal processes that made our stores run like clockwork. After two years in our store, I jumped at the chance to join our operations team in the role of operations coordinator and eventually moved into the role of operations assistant, then supervisor, and I am now managing the operations department for North America. It has been a whirlwind six-year journey and I am grateful for every second of it. The support, guidance, and leadership that I have received from my peers along the way has been instrumental in my AllSaints journey.
