  When we arrive at a factory and the prototypes are ready and look even better than we imagined

  When we have an idea that we think would be amazing but we can't find a way of delivering it
   

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  Everything from researching, planning, designing, reviewing product, travelling, presenting in partner meetings and heading out on store visits to get some feedback

• What's the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  The people! I thought they'd be too cool and stand offish. I couldn't have been further from the truth

  Originally I worked on AllSaints footwear under licence at another business. I then came over to AllSaints when they brought footwear back in house. I've been with the brand in-house for just over two years.
