THE ROLE

Working within the Wholesale, Franchise and Licensing team, which is responsible for the growth of the third party business. Achieving growth by launching new partnerships, driving sell through and exceeding revenue targets. Operating across a broad range of Accounts you will own womenswear and accessories product allocations and maximize the team’s profitability across all categories, working closely with the global cross functional teams.

Role’s Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the allocation of womenswear and accessory products to NA Wholesale accounts
  • Own product data for each season, maintaining master data and ensuring data integrity across relevant systems
  • Manage specialty accounts; partner with RTW Sales Manager and Account Executive in actively prospecting for new business.
  • Assisting market preparation though set up, selling the collection, creating business snapshots and supporting line list documentation
  • Assist with order entry during quarterly market, and in season order management
  • Analysing store performance in order to maximize sales potential; support RTW Sales Manager and Account Executives in driving in-season sales and monitor stock liability
  • Support with weekly Monday reports highlighting good and bad performers, sell thru and stock availability
  • Ensuring stocks are in the right place at the right time through reviewing weekly store and best seller reports, understanding the partner needs and challenges
  • Supporting and assisting the team to ensure allocations are accurate, timely and well communicated, liaising with the warehouse to support efficient deliveries
  • Support Planning team on streamlining current department processes and learn new systems to support growth of channel
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and external partners, through constant interaction and providing assistance where needed
  • Providing key administrative support to the Wholesale function and working on ad-hoc analysis as required

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of Wholesale experience
  • Strong comprehension of retail math and sales planning
  • Proficient in Excel: V-Lookup, Pivot Tables
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; follows professional presentation
  • Strong follow up, follow through and attention to detail needed, shows initiative, ability to meet deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
  • Ability to work across different time zones (UK, NY, LA)
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the year

ABOUT THE STORE AND TEAM

Our North America region is made up of 76 retail locations across the US and Canada with our flagship store in SoHo, New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’ infamous aesthetic to the West Hollywood hills.
