• What does a good day look like in your role?

  A good day is when our team is happy and motivated. When the atmosphere is like this, we’re able to sell head to toe outfits and create happy clients!
   

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  A challenging day typically happens where the team lacks motivation or focus. Sometimes it's hard to have the drive to complete daily tasks or start a connection so it’s part of my role to help to change that energy in store and inspire those around me. 

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  My typical day involves being able to bring in at least 3 clientele and reach a high target in personal sales.
   

• What's the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  The best thing about working for AllSaints is the internal community. The AllSaints teams around the world are filled with beautiful people that are heavily brand driven and love doing what they do. Every time I meet someone within AllSaints, it’s a positive experience and we love helping each other out. In addition, AllSaints is great about showing recognition and encouragement towards both small and big successes. 
   

• What’s the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  The most surprising thing I noticed was the focus on personal development. AllSaints love to help their team members grow as much as possible. In just a few months, they have supported me to reach new heights within the company that might not even be possible within other retailers. The opportunities here are endless!
   

• Why AllSaints?

  I chose AllSaints because of the four main goals that the brand strives for, the internal support, and the aesthetic.
   

• What's not in the job description but something you'd tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  If you were interested in joining the brand, I would inform you that there is always endless support from the team around the world. Possibilities are endless at AllSaints and there are always new things that you can learn here that may positively impact your personal life as well as your working life.
   

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  I joined AllSaints back in January 2023. I started out as a part-time stylist and was extremely excited! I learned so much every day and eventually I became very interested in progressing in my career with the brand. With hard work and a strong passion for the brand, I was soon able to achieve the role of full time stylist when the position opened up in September that year. Shortly afterwards, the role of keyholder became available. I continued to focus on my craft and responsibilities with the brand and was able to move into this role within a month of me being full time. From keyholder, it wasn’t long before I reached my current position of floor manager!
