• What does a good day look like in your role?

  We have an incredible team at the distribution centre, so most days are good. Good days are when we see stock flowing in from our vendors and back out to our customers on time and smoothly.

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  Unfortunately, you have to be prepared for challenges outside of your control that arise. Working though Brexit and COVID along with other issues that affect the full supply chain can be difficult, however once navigated it's rewarding to look back on.

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  A typical week for me would be liaising with global freight forwarders, as well as our stores and third party customers, to make sure our amazing product is moving when and where it should be. 
   

• What's the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  The team! Regardless of the level or department, everyone is made to feel included and welcome. 
   

• What's the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  You are given so many opportunities to learn and develop yourself. They have a great range of internal learning and development programs. These really are such a great benefit and have given me tools that I use day to day.

• What's not in the job description but something you'd tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  No two days are ever the same. You learn quickly and will be surrounded by a great team. 
   

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  I’ve been with the company for 14 years now where I have worked in multiple roles with the distribution centre. I started in the warehouse learning the e-commerce processes and I worked my way up to e-commerce assistant manager. From there I moved into the audit department where I learned about our stockfiles and keeping company stocks accurate. I have spent the majority of my time at AllSaints though in the shipping department where I have been the shipping manager for a number of years. Here, I have overseen all the freight and global movements for the company. I’ve recently moved to operations assistant manager where I will still oversee shipping but will be taking on more operational challenges.
